How it works

From your first counselling call to your first week abroad, this is the sequence we follow and what is expected from you at each stage.

The process

Seven stages, start to finish

01
Free counselling
A structured conversation about your academics, budget, target intake and long-term plan. No cost, and no obligation to proceed.
02
Profile evaluation
An honest assessment against real entry requirements — including backlogs, gaps and financial readiness. This is where we tell you what is realistic.
03
Country and course shortlist
We compare destinations on total cost, language, intake calendar, work rights and stay-back, then agree a shortlist with you.
04
Documents and applications
SOP, LORs, CV, transcripts, translations, APS or credential recognition, then submission through the correct portal on deadline.
05
Offers and funding
We track decisions, compare offers, and work through scholarships, education loans, blocked accounts and fee payments.
06
Visa file and interview
Country-specific documentation, financial proof, insurance, appointment booking and interview preparation.
07
Departure and landing
Accommodation, travel checklist, pre-departure briefing, then city registration, residence permit and banking after you arrive.

When to start

Most students underestimate the timeline. Scholarship and accommodation deadlines usually close months before the course begins, and some countries add their own steps — the APS certificate for Germany, Campus France for France, Universitaly pre-enrolment for Italy.

12 months beforeCounselling, profile evaluation, decide countries, book your English test.
9–10 months beforeFinalise shortlist, prepare SOP and LORs, begin credential recognition.
6–8 months beforeSubmit applications; apply for scholarships as deadlines open.
4–6 months beforeAccept an offer, arrange funding, open a blocked account where required.
3–4 months beforeBook the visa appointment and assemble the visa file.
1–2 months beforeAccommodation, insurance, flights and pre-departure briefing.
What we need from you
  • Accurate documents — never altered or invented
  • Honesty about backlogs, gaps and finances
  • Quick turnaround on drafts and signatures
  • Decisions made within deadline windows
  • Funds arranged before the visa stage, not after
Applications fail far more often on missed deadlines and inconsistent paperwork than on weak grades.
