Our role

Euro Connect Edu provides overseas education counselling, application assistance and visa documentation guidance. We are an independent consultancy and are not an agent of any government, embassy or immigration authority.

Admission and visa decisions

Admission decisions are made solely by universities and institutions. Visa decisions are made solely by the relevant embassy, consulate or immigration authority. We do not guarantee admission, scholarship, visa approval or any specific outcome.

Information you provide

You are responsible for the accuracy and authenticity of all documents and information you give us. Submitting false, altered or misleading documents can result in application rejection, visa refusal and future bans, and we will not act on documents we believe to be inauthentic.

Fees

Any service fee is explained to you in writing before it becomes payable. University application fees, test fees, translation charges, visa fees and travel costs are payable directly by you to the relevant body and are not included in our service fee.

Third-party costs

We do not control university tuition, blocked account thresholds, insurance costs or embassy fees. These are set by third parties and can change without notice.

Limitation of liability

Our liability is limited to the service fee you have paid us. We are not liable for losses arising from admission refusal, visa refusal, changes in immigration policy, or delays caused by third parties.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this website at the time you engage our services is the version that applies.
